CKE18 - Jump Rope Retreat

You thought jumping rope was for little kids, but you've never seen Miyu 'jump rope.' Seemed to me though she was doing everything in her power to get out of actually jumping! Even though her Japanese body looked so hot with sweet sweat forming between her shoulder blades, all I could think about is how much I wish I'd been her gym instructor. The things she must have done to avoid any type of sports! As she pulled the jump rope tight between her legs though it dawned on me' wasn't this a lot more work then actually just doing the aerobics?! Miyu wasn't trying to avoid physical activity' she was looking for a harder work out! Would you like to be her instructor?
