CKE18 - Bashful Natural

When you're shooting Japanese girls it's really important to watch how secure they feel. Before this video, Maho heard us talking about shaved girls. We just brought it up because we were curious why shaving or not shaving was popular. It's something we hadn't really thought about before. At the time Maho jumped in to the conversation and everything seemed okay, but then when we started shooting I think a trigger went off in her head and she started feeling self conscious. Did we not like natural girls? Was she making a problem for the video? Was she too conservative, traditional, or strange for not shaving? The second I saw her blushing cheeks as she pulled up her dress, I knew her mind was filled with confusing and conflicting thoughts. A girl going down that path can destroy a shoot, but this time it was okay. I was able to reassure Maho she looked incredible, and at the same time I think we caught some genuine moments on video that makes Maho look so sweet.
